A Sense of Green

25th Jul 14th Oct 2023

Listen, watch, create and reflect on the wild spaces right on our doorstep.

A sensory journey through the peat bogs of Colliers Moss, the fungi of Stanley Bank Wood, Halewood Triangle Park’s trees and the vegetable patches of Incredible Edible Knowsley.

We’ve invited artists whose work responds to the environment to work with communities across St Helens and Knowsley. Come along to any of our free workshops (starting from 25th July) followed by four weekends of free art events (16th September - 14th October 2023).

Part of Heart of Glass’ Arts Council England supported Creative People and Places programme. With additional support from Cultural Hubs and Open Eye Gallery. In partnership with Green Task Force Veteran Rangers, Incredible Edible Knowsley, Knowsley Council, The Mersey Forest, The Reader and Shakespeare North Playhouse.
