Cinema in the City (Huyton)

Join FACT and Heart of Glass for a weekend of pop-up cinema at The Old Schoolhouse Community Project in Huyton. Enjoy a selection of films for all ages, exploring connection - from the bonds of family and friendship to the moments of unity that get us through life’s tougher seasons.

Family Matinees:

Migration (U) – Sat 6 Dec, 13:30 (workshop from 13:00)

Happy Feet (U) – Sun 7 Dec, 14:30 (workshop from 14:00)

Kids (and adults!) can join hands-on clay workshops inspired by the films.

Evening Screenings:

Little Women (U) – Fri 5 Dec, 19:00 (doors 18:00)

Boiling Point (15) – Sat 6 Dec, 18:00 (doors 17:00)

Shoplifters (15) – Sun 7 Dec, 19:00 (doors 18:00)

Tickets:

Adults (16+): £6 | Children (15 & under): £3

L36 residents: half-price (£3 adults / £1.50 children)

Free for CEA Card holders (please bring your card)

Babies under two go free on an adult’s lap; children 2+ require a ticket

Accessibility:

The Old Schoolhouse Project is fully wheelchair accessible, with some parking on site (steep slope on entry/exit).

Films will be screened with open captions where possible.
