Working with a family of horse chestnut trees in Court Hey Park, we will draw, write and see trees in different ways using different methods and perspectives.
Spending time and taking notice of green spaces and trees is shown to increase our feelings of wellbeing. Join us to observe the patterns of the trees and their bark, use words to describe our encounters with them, and take time to consider how they grow and communicate. Frances will provide lemon balm tea to share, as well as ink made from horse chestnut husks to write, draw and create artwork with.
