2018 has been such an incredible year for celebrating St Helens!
There's been lots to celebrate! It's 150 years since St Helens was granted the Royal Charter; 100 years since the first women were granted the right to vote; 70 years since our partnership with Stuttgart; and much more! Wowzas!
We’ve done it in style with giant light boxes and cardboard castles, parades and performances, festivals, markets and showcases.
To mark the end of this year of celebration Heart of Glass and performance artists Eggs Collective will host A Royal Wrap Party.
That's right! Eggs Collective are throwing a massive party to celebrate the year - expect to see a cabaret night like no other!
The night will feature performances from St Helens own Kitty O’Shea, a drum troupe from OLC Productions and comedian Stephen Bailey's incredible wit and side-splitting stories.
There'll be competitions, crown making with Manchester’s Mighty Heart and an interactive stall with visual artist Amy Pennington. Then we’ll all have the chance to see the night out and throw some shapes with DJ MissBaxter2U.
