A star studded morning rave for Kids is coming to St Helens on Saturday, December 19th.

Heart of Glass is presenting an action packed morning of live sing-along music, Superstar DJ, balloon modelling, face painting and workshops.

The family friendly event will give everyone a chance to take a break from Christmas with three hours of entertainment in The Citadel Theatre.

From 10am-1pm kids and adults can let their hair down in the company of some of the country’s finest entertainers. DJ Jodie Harsh is coming to town to spin fun pop tunes to keep big kids and little kids on the dancefloor.2014-12-24-Jodie3

Harsh has spun in all four corners off the world, regularly touring clubs across Asia, Australia, North American and Europe, has played the likes of Beth Ditto, Diplo, Skrillex and Swedish House Mafia, spun at Glastonbury, Bestival, Lovebox, the MTV EMAs and the BRITS.

Scottee is hosting the fun filled morning which also sees the award winning Mrs H and the Sing-along band come to town. The full band of seasoned musicians have been wooing audiences nationwide, getting families on their feet to sing all together. Now they’re bringing their interactive performances to St. Helens.

Dancer Lottie Crouchre will be teaching children step-by-step dance routines to some well known pop hits.

Big and Little kids alike can let their creativity run wild with face painting from make up artist to the stars Mika Johnson, craft workshops from local artists and balloon modelling madness from St Helens party entertainment Jimbo.

Hunt & Darton are returning to town following their successful café in St Helens Town Centre to serve breakfast to the youngsters.

Kids Rave is £2.50 per child (under 8s only), which include access to all the activities and breakfast. Parents go free, but are asking to either donate a toy to Tunza’s Pride or a make donation to St Helens Foodbank. For tickets call 01744 735436 or visit www.citadel.org.uk
