A night of 'stand-up' poetry #TakeOverFest

Friday 16th October 7:00 pm  —  9:00 pm

St Helens Central Library

Fraff is a stand up poetry night for people who don’t like poetry. Compered by Kim Jong-Un lookalike Scottee. It’s a fun night out. It’s not for fans of Pam Ayres. The FRAFF line up for St Helens includes Sophie Wilan, Ginger Johnson, Barbara Brownskirt, Rhiannon Faith, Bourgeois & Maurice and Scottee!

Fraff is an interactive experience where the punters (you) are asked to write bad poetry for prizes! Its silly, fun and the best poems come from you (obviously).

‘If you steer clear of spoken word nights thinking they’ll be over-earnest, difficult, uncomfortably emotional, high-brow or boring, here’s a night for you that’s none of those things.’ Time Out
